At Verrington Firewood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s what you need to know about our returns policy.

Before delivery

In the highly unlikely event that you’re not completely delighted with your firewood – or if you’ve simply changed your mind – please get in touch with Verrington Firewood before we deliver. We’re always happy to listen and help where we can.

After delivery

Once your logs have arrived, though, the deal is sealed. Due to the nature of the product, all purchases are final after delivery. Sadly, we cannot accept returns… especially if your once-proud logs are now a warm, glowing pile of ash. At that point, they’re technically yours and also… gone.

Unhappy with your delivery?

If you are unhappy with your Verrington Firewood delivery, the first thing you should do is contact us via phone, text, or email. Please explain your complaint and what you would like us to do to resolve the issue. We're always happy to listen and help where we can.
