Verrington Firewood is the business selling to the customer and acts as the Data Controller for personal information used to manage enquiries, orders, delivery, customer service and marketing preferences.

2. Information we collect
We may collect your name, delivery and billing address, telephone number, email address, order details, delivery instructions, payment status and any messages you send us. We only collect information needed to respond to enquiries, process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer service, maintain business records and send marketing where you have consented.
3. Payments
Verrington Firewood handles customer financial transactions. Online payments placed through the Verrington Firewood Quick Order service are processed securely using Mollie. Verrington Firewood does not store full payment card details. Mollie processes payment information in accordance with its own privacy and security obligations.
4. Lawful bases
We process personal data where necessary to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate business interests or where you have given consent. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.
5. Sharing information
We share personal data only where necessary to provide our services, process payments, operate the website, arrange delivery, maintain records or meet legal obligations. This may include service providers such as Mollie for Quick Order payments and Webador for website and store functionality. We do not sell personal data for marketing.
6. Storage, security and retention
We use appropriate safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. We retain information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Financial and order records may be retained for up to six years where required.

11. SEO Monitor and Google Search Console
Our owner-only SEO Monitor uses Google Search Console read-only access to view data for our verified website, including clicks, impressions, search queries, average positions and sitemap information. We use it to assess search performance and spot issues on our own sites. The Google connection cannot change Search Console settings or website content.
When the owner connects Google, we encrypt and store a refresh token and the selected property so the monitor can retrieve data until access is disconnected or revoked. Search performance data is requested for display in the private dashboard; we do not retain individual Search Console reports in the audit history. Separately, the monitor stores its own website audit results and checklist status to track issues over time.
The monitor runs on ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure and requests Search Console data from Google. Access to the dashboard is limited to the Verrington Firewood owner. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or share it for marketing. The owner can disconnect Google in the app, which deletes the stored connection and requests token revocation.
